Spring Special...

Well, it's time for a little something to keep us fresh. We are now serving our Spring Special luncheon tea. The lunch consists of a Salad with romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries, blueberries and pineapple, turkey breast, pecans and feta cheese with your choice of scone and a cup of tea for $10.95. We served our first customers today and so far it's a hit. I's just the first day, but they did love it! The most fun part about this special is the bowl that your salad is served in. We decided to have a little fun with our food!

By the way, we have added a "followers" box to our blog and we can't wait to see you listed! Hmmm....I feel an activity coming to my head...perhaps we will do a drawing once a month for a free scone if we get enough followers listed. We'll have to see how it goes.

Have a great weekend everyone and we'll check back in with you soon. Spring is here!

So thankful...

Glenda Gies!

We are so excited to announce that we are getting our first shipment of Glenda Gies bags for the tea parlor. Once we receive them, we will get some photos and prices listed on here. Our online store is yet to come, but if you are interested in purchasing from us, all you have to do is send me an email and we'll get you taken care of.

These bags are just fantastic. Made of vintage style fabrics and high quality hardware, they are stylish, classic, European inspired and just all around adorable. We cannot wait to get them!

Glenda her own words:
My inspiration began while traveling abroad. I fell in love with the sophisticated European culture and fashion of London and Paris...I was struck by the workmanship and unique design of accessories from the 1940’s and 50’s..I design my handbags, totes and accessories to be elegant and functional, yet whimsical. I want to provide women with the opportunity to have a piece of the past that blend perfectly with today’s fashions while not seeing their bag in every mall across America...It’s a physically strenuous and challenging job, but every day is a new adventure and a treasure hunt. Who could ask for more?
